Terms of Service

By accessing or using BubblyUrban, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using BubblyUrban on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

BubblyUrban provides an event operations platform that enables users to create event pages, manage ticketing and RSVPs, process payments, communicate with guests, and access AI-assisted planning tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must create an account to access most platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. Accounts are non-transferable. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

As an event host, you are solely responsible for your events, including accuracy of event details, compliance with applicable laws, collection of required permits or licenses, delivery of the experience you advertise, and all obligations to your attendees. BubblyUrban is a technology platform and does not co-host, organize, or sponsor events. Hosts are independent operators.

Ticket sales are processed through Stripe. BubblyUrban charges a service fee on each transaction as disclosed at checkout. Hosts are responsible for establishing and honoring their own refund policies. BubblyUrban may issue refunds at its discretion in cases of cancellation or fraud. Payouts are subject to Stripe's connected account terms. You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your earnings.

You may not use BubblyUrban to: create events that violate applicable laws or promote illegal activity; impersonate other persons or organizations; upload content that infringes intellectual property rights; harass, threaten, or harm other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

You retain ownership of content you upload to BubblyUrban, including event descriptions, images, and design assets. By uploading content, you grant BubblyUrban a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of operating the platform. BubblyUrban's own trademarks, platform code, and design systems remain our intellectual property.

BubblyUrban's AI Co-Host feature generates suggestions based on the information you provide. AI-generated content is a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying it before publishing. AI suggestions do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. BubblyUrban is not liable for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BubblyUrban is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, event cancellations, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid BubblyUrban in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@bubblyurban.com. BubblyUrban may suspend or terminate your account for material violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases. Outstanding obligations, including payment processing for past events, survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. For users in the EU or UK, applicable local consumer protection laws supplement these terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of BubblyUrban after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
